First, as the founder of Super Late, a creative agency serving independent retailers and restaurants, and later as VP of Acquisitions at Reservoir Media, where I helped steward century-old family businesses and iconic catalogs, including those of John Denver and the Isley Brothers.
I understand not only what it takes to acquire a small business, but also how to guide its people and operations through a transition with an eye toward what comes next.
